By accessing the cv44 platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between cv44 and its users. This document must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, as those are also an integral part of this agreement.

1.1 Definition of Services

1.2 Language & Interpretation

The primary language of these terms is Bengali. In case of any ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final. If a dispute arises over the interpretation of any clause, the decision of cv44 management shall be final.

2.1 Age Requirement & Eligibility

To open an account and play on cv44, you must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Account Registration

Each user may open only one account. If a single person is found operating multiple accounts, the following actions will be taken:

• All accounts will be permanently closed.
• Bonuses and winnings accumulated in the additional accounts will be forfeited.
• The return of the original deposit is at cv44's discretion.

2.3 Accuracy of Account Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or incorrect information will result in account cancellation. If any information changes, notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

cv44 currently accepts three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. The maximum deposit limit may vary depending on the method and account level.

Rocket is the mobile financial service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Depositing using a third-party account is strictly prohibited — the name on the depositing account must match the name on the cv44 account.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods & Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. You must use the same method to withdraw that you used to deposit. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes of approval.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

cv44 may request documents for identity verification at any time. A national ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate may be required. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3.4 Transaction Issues

If you experience any issue with a transaction, you must notify the cv44 support team within 72 hours. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted. Keep records of all your transactions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn an additional ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more will apply the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, resulting in a total balance of ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳25,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• It may not be possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
• Misuse of bonuses or attempts to fulfill wagering requirements through artificial means may result in account closure.
• cv44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses are for personal use only — sharing them with others is prohibited.

4.4 VIP Program

cv44's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players can advance to higher tiers based on regular gaming activity. Each tier includes a weekly cashback: up to 0.2% for Bronze, up to 0.4% for Silver, up to 0.6% for Gold, up to 0.8% for Platinum, and up to 1.0% for Diamond.

5.1 Fair Play

All games on cv44 are operated in accordance with fair play principles. The outcome of each game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality. There is no opportunity for external interference in game results.

5.2 Betting Limits

The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed in the relevant game interface. If an unusual betting pattern is detected, cv44 may temporarily suspend the relevant account for review.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a disconnection or technical issue occurs during a game session, the data stored on cv44's servers shall be considered final. cv44's decision on the handling of incomplete bets due to technical errors is final.

5.4 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded. Settlement of bets on matches that have already started will be carried out according to the applicable rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cv44 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Operating games using bots, automated software, or artificial methods.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to interfere with cv44's systems or security.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Abusing the bonus system or using multiple accounts to obtain bonus benefits.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Deliberately exploiting any bug in a game or system — if such a bug is discovered, it must be reported to cv44 immediately.

7.1 Suspension by cv44

cv44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Fraud or suspicious activity.
• Provision of false information.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Security concerns or legal reasons.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account, send a request by email to [email protected]. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before the account is closed (terms apply). Permanently closed accounts may not be reactivated.

cv44 firmly believes in responsible gaming. Gaming should be a form of entertainment — never a source of income or a solution to financial problems.

8.1 Self-Exclusion

You may request to exclude yourself from the platform for a set period or permanently. Contact our support team for this service.

• Service disruptions due to external causes (e.g., natural disasters, government directives).
